Moon of the Turning Leaves

More than a decade after the collapse of the modern world, the Anishinaabe community of Shki-dnakiiwin is running low on food. Evan Whitesky volunteers to lead a small group, including his archer daughter Nangohns, south to find their ancestral homeland near the Great Lakes. Along the way they meet other survivors, some living in harmony with the land and some turned to violence. A sequel to Moon of the Crusted Snow that also stands alone.
